TB Shield Lead, Sindh Full-time · Based in Sindh

• Job type: Full-time, initially 12 months with strong potential to extend. 3 months initial probationary period

• Salary: PKR 3,000,000 - 4,200,000 annually depending on experience (this includes all benefits)

• Employment and reporting structure: Employed by Momentum Ventures with close coordination from Spiro (the funder)

• Start date: As soon as possible

• Location: Sindh, Pakistan

We are looking to hire a full time program manager who will oversee all TB Shield implementation in Sindh.

​​

The role

You'll oversee all TB Shield implementation in Sindh as we expand - managing partner performance, building an M&E team, and working closely with Spiro's London-based leadership. This isn't a supervisory role, you'll be in the weeds: reviewing data, solving problems, and pushing the programme forward week by week. Read the full job description here​

Who we're looking for

You're a confident programme manager who's comfortable juggling multiple work streams and working independently. You bring at least 2 years of programme and team management experience.​

Experience in TB programmes is a bonus, but not a requirement.

• Initial Interview: 26th June – 3rd July (20 minutes)

• Remote assessment (3 hours, self-scheduled): 8th – 15th July

• Final interviews: 20th – 24th July

• We expect to make final decisions by 31st July
